Virtual and In-Person Mediations
Our office conducts virtual mediations for all attendees. In-person mediations are available upon request. To book an in-person mediation, please email our office at Kelli@KelliLMitchell.com with your requested date and time.
Virtual mediations take place securely and privately over Zoom. Attendees receive login credentials before the scheduled date, including a Meeting ID and password, to protect confidentiality.
All settlement agreements reached during a virtual mediation are signed through DocuSign, unless other arrangements are made at least one week before the mediation.
Payment
The mediator’s rate is $275.00 per hour, with a two hour minimum.
Unless the parties have a written agreement or a Court Order providing otherwise, the mediation fee is divided equally between the parties.
Payment is due at the conclusion of the mediation, before attendees leave the conference. Our office does not accept delayed payments or payment plans.
All payments are processed electronically by credit or debit card through LawPay. Payment is taken directly from each party at the close of the session, or our office will email a secure payment link.

Cancellations and Schedule Changes
This time is reserved on the mediator’s calendar, so our office requires at least twenty-four hours’ notice of any cancellation or schedule change.
- Cancellations or changes made less than twenty-four hours before the scheduled time are subject to a $500.00 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made on the morning of the mediation are charged for the entire time reserved.
- Failure to appear is charged for the entire

Booking Your Mediation
To reserve a date and time, select an available slot on the calendar above, then complete the form. Our office will email confirmation to counsel and to any self-represented parties once the request is approved, along with the Zoom link, Meeting ID, and password.
